A little trust goes a long way

I am sharing with you my best achievement story of 2025.

One of my distributors who contributed more than 80% of my area’s business suddenly decided not to continue working with us due to profit-related and personal issues. This situation totally shocked me and became a big challenge for me.

After getting into the details of his concerns, both professional and personal, I spoke to my manager and shared everything. Management understood the problem. trusted and believed in me a lot and provided the required support, including ROI support. This is something that is not usually done.

With all this support I spoke with my distributor several times and explained the situation both personally and professionally. I had built a very good relationship with the distributor over the past few years, so whatever I said, he trusted my word. Eventually, I convinced him to continue working with us, and he agreed.

After receiving ROI support, I carried out infrastructure expansion activities as follows:

Appointed 1 merchandiser to increase product visibility, visi-cooler purity, range availability, and category development.

Appointed 1 vehicle to strengthen our delivery unit and ensure quick supply of products to outlets.

Spoke with SDs and opened new outlets to increase volume.

Converted some outlets into monopoly outlets by building strong relationships and providing HVO incentive support.

After implementing these activities and strategies, I successfully achieved strong business growth this year.

This was only possible as both the company and distributor had trust in me and my ethics
